For UK Service Businesses
We rebuild outdated websites into machines that bring in work.
One complete rebuild — your website, the way you explain your business, and the groundwork that makes you easier to find on Google and in AI search. Built to turn visitors into enquiries.
Adam does every audit and every build personally — there is no team to hand it to. That caps how many run at once, so there is usually a short wait before a build starts. Once yours starts, it takes about 14 working days.

Coltura built our corporate site for Regenovate — a mergers and acquisitions firm handling multi-million-pound deals. They balanced credibility with clarity, and the site performs flawlessly. Adam doesn't just build websites. He understands what a business needs to look like before people trust it with serious money.

An old website does not look like nothing. It looks like someone else.
Nobody rings to tell you they chose your competitor because your site loaded slowly, or because they could not tell whether you cover their area. The work just quietly goes somewhere else.
What It Is Costing You
Six ways a website loses work, quietly.
None of these announce themselves. They just move the enquiry to whoever came second in the search results.
53 of these 100 people gave up because the site took over 3 seconds to load. Source: Google
It is slow on a phone
Most of your visitors are on a mobile, often on patchy signal. A site that takes four seconds has already lost half of them before it has said anything.
It does not say who it is for
A visitor cannot tell in five seconds whether you do the job they need, in the place they live, at the scale they need it. So they go back and click the next one.
There is nothing to trust
No reviews, no real photographs of real work, no names, no accreditations. Every claim on the page is the business talking about itself.
It is not obvious what to do next
A phone number in the footer as an image. A contact form with eleven fields. A "Get in touch" that arrives after the visitor has already given up.
Search engines cannot make sense of it
One page called Services listing fourteen things, no page for any individual job, nothing that says which towns you cover. There is nothing there to match a search against.
AI assistants skip it entirely
When something reads your site to summarise you, it needs plain, structured facts. If yours are inside images or scattered through paragraphs, you are left out of the answer.
How Customers Find You Now
Built for the way customers search now.
Four things happen before someone rings you, and your website has to survive all four. Most were built for only the first one, back when it was the only one.
They search
Still the biggest one, and still won by the business with a clear, fast page for the exact service and area someone typed in — not by whoever has the most pages.
They look at the map
Maps results, opening hours, reviews and photos. Your website is what a map listing sends people to, and what decides whether they call after they land.
They ask an AI
ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Copilot, a voice assistant in the van. These read websites and summarise them. If yours is unreadable to them, you are simply not in the answer.
They get recommended, then they check
Word of mouth has not gone anywhere — but almost nobody acts on it without looking you up first. Your website is where a recommendation is confirmed or quietly dropped.
The change nobody warned small businesses about
A search engine used to hand someone ten links and let them decide. More and more often now, something reads the websites for them and hands back one answer. That answer is assembled from what those websites plainly say — the services, the areas covered, the qualifications, the reviews, the prices where they are published.
If that information only exists inside a photo of a van, or buried in a paragraph on an About page, it cannot be read — and you get left out of an answer you should have been in. We write and structure it so it can be read, by a person and by a machine. What we control is how clearly you are described. What an AI decides to recommend is not something anyone can promise you — and you should be wary of anyone who does.
The Fix
One rebuild that fixes all six.
The Coltura Growth Website is a complete rebuild of your website and of the way your business explains itself — designed to turn visitors into enquiries, and structured so Google and AI search can understand exactly what you do and where you do it.
One price, £1,495. About 14 working days. You own the finished thing outright.
What Is Included
Everything in the Growth Website.
Nine parts, one price, done in one go. This is the whole thing — there is no premium tier hiding behind it.
- 01
Growth Audit
You find out exactly where the enquiries are going missing.
We go through your current website the way a customer would, and then the way a search engine does. What is confusing, what is slow, what is missing, what makes people leave, and what your competitors are doing that you are not. You get it written down and prioritised, whether or not you go ahead.
- 02
Offer and Messaging Rebuild
Visitors understand what you do and why to pick you, in seconds.
Most websites describe the business. Yours will answer the questions a customer is actually asking: is this for me, can they do the job I need, can I trust them, and what do I do next. We rewrite the way you explain the work before we design a single screen.
- 03
Complete Website Rebuild
A site that looks like the business you actually run.
Designed and built from scratch around your services and your customers — not a template with your logo dropped in. Every page works properly on a phone, because that is where most of your visitors already are.
- 04
Conversion Optimisation
It is obvious what to do next, on every page.
Clear calls to action, phone numbers that dial with one tap, enquiry forms short enough that people finish them, and the proof a customer needs placed where the doubt actually happens. We take out the steps that make people give up.
- 05
Local Search Foundation
The groundwork that lets you compete in your area.
A sensible page structure, one clear page per service, the places you serve stated properly, correct titles and descriptions, sane internal links, and the technical basics done right. We build the foundation — we do not promise a position in the results, because nobody can.
- 06
AI Search Readiness
Machines can read your business, not just look at it.
We structure your business information — services, areas covered, credentials, prices where you publish them, reviews — so search engines and AI assistants can understand what you do and who you do it for. It is how you get described accurately rather than skipped over. What we control is the clarity of that information; no one can guarantee what an AI recommends.
- 07
Conversion Tracking
You can see which enquiries the website actually created.
Calls, form submissions and messages recorded as events where the technology allows, so the site stops being a cost you guess about and starts being a number you can look at.
- 08
Performance Optimisation
It loads before people give up on it.
Compressed images, minimal scripts, hand-written code instead of page-builder bloat. Fast on a mid-range Android on 4G, which is the real test — not fast on a designer’s laptop.
- 09
Launch Support
It goes live properly, and someone is there if it does not.
Domain and hosting moved across, old addresses redirected so you keep the search value you already have, forms tested end to end, and a month of watching it closely afterwards. Anything broken at launch is fixed by us, not billed to you.
All nine are included in the Coltura Growth Website at £1,495. They are not add-ons, and they are not priced separately — a website missing any one of them is the reason most rebuilds do not change anything.

From enquiry to live.
You are not signing up to a mystery. This is the whole sequence, in order, with the timings.
Growth Audit
Within 48 hours, free
Send us your website. We go through it properly and send back what is costing you enquiries and what we would do about it. No call required to get it.
One conversation
30 minutes
We talk through the audit, what you sell, who you want more of, and whether a rebuild is actually the right spend for you right now. Sometimes it is not, and we say so.
Offer and structure
Week one
Before any design, we agree how the business will be explained, what pages exist and what each one is for. This is the part that decides whether the site works.
Design and build
About 14 working days
You see the real thing on a private link as it is built, not a flat picture of it. One round of considered changes, then we finish it.
Launch and watch
Go-live, then 30 days
We move it live, redirect the old pages, test every form and phone link, and stay on it for a month.
Where The Risk Sits
The parts we will put in writing.
We will not promise you a Google position or a number of leads — those depend on your market and your budget, and anyone guaranteeing them is selling you a story. These are the things that are entirely within our control, so these are the ones we commit to.
You see the plan before you commit
The audit and the direction come first. If what we propose is not right for your business, you can walk away and keep the audit.
You own everything
The website, the domain, the content, the accounts. No licence, no lock-in, and nothing that stops working if you leave. Growth Care is a monthly choice you can cancel, not a rope.
Broken at launch means fixed by us
For 30 days after go-live, anything that does not work the way it was built to work is fixed at no charge. Not a discount — fixed.
We keep the search value you already have
Existing pages that are earning you visits get redirected properly rather than deleted. A rebuild should not cost you the traffic you already had.
Price
One price. The whole thing.
No tiers to weigh up, no per-page charges, no discovery fee before the work starts. This is what it costs.
Coltura Growth Website
You own it outright. Nothing to keep paying for.

The Point Of All This
All of it exists to do one thing — make your phone ring.
Not to win design awards. Not to impress other designers. To make the person who needs what you do — tonight, in your town — choose your number over the next tab.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
What exactly do I get for £1,495?
A complete rebuild of your website, plus the work around it that makes a website earn its keep: the audit, the rewrite of how you explain your business, the conversion work, the search and AI-readability foundation, tracking, speed, and launch. One price, one invoice, no modules to add on.
Is that the whole price, or does it grow?
£1,495 is the price for the build. There is no setup fee and no per-page charge. Hosting and ongoing care are £149 a month if you want them, and nothing if you do not — you are free to host it yourself.
How long does it take?
Usually about 14 working days of build once we have agreed the direction and you have got us your content. The audit comes back within 48 hours of you asking for it.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we can do is build the foundation properly — a clear structure, real pages for your real services and areas, correct technical setup, fast loading, and information structured so search engines and AI tools can understand it. That is the part within our control, and it is the part most small business websites are missing entirely.
What is "AI search readiness", in plain terms?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers or a voice assistant for a recommendation instead of scrolling a list of links. Those systems have to read your website to describe you. If your services, areas, credentials and reviews are only written inside a picture or buried in a paragraph, you get skipped or described wrongly. We structure that information so it can be read accurately. We cannot control what an AI recommends — no one can — but we can control whether it can understand you at all.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain, the content and every account we set up are yours, in your name, from day one. If you stop working with us you take all of it with you and it keeps working.
What if I already rank well and I am worried about losing it?
Good — that is the right thing to worry about. Any page currently earning you visits is either kept or redirected to its replacement, so the value transfers instead of evaporating. We check what is working before we touch anything.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos of real work if you have them, and half an hour on the phone. We write the copy. Most owners are surprised how little of their time it takes.
What happens if I do not like it?
You see the real site on a private link while it is being built, not at the end. Changes happen there, before launch. And the audit stage comes before you commit, so you know exactly what we intend to do before the money is at risk.
Do you do Google Ads and social ads too?
Yes, but not first. Paying to send traffic to a website that does not convert is the most expensive mistake in local marketing. We fix the website, get the tracking in place so we can see what is happening, and then talk about ads if the numbers say it is worth it.

Coltura isn't a big agency. It's one person who genuinely cares whether your phone rings.
When you work with Coltura, you work with me — from the first audit to the site that's still winning jobs a year on. No account managers, no hand-offs, no jargon.
— Adam
